The Royal Arcade is Melbourne's second most-popular historic arcade and runs between Little Collins Street and the Bourke Street Mall, with entrances also off Elizabeth Street. The mall has some olde world features but has not been lovingly restored and modernised like the Block. Still, it has that wonderful arcade feeling, with walkways going everywhere and lots of small shops.
